Gilded Raqs doesn’t shimmer without a little help behind the scenes—and we would love for you to be part of the magic! Sign up for a volunteer session and help us create a seamless, unforgettable festival experience. Simply choose a session time and complete the registration form, and our Volunteer Coordinator will be in touch to craft your schedule.

Volunteer sessions are just 2–4 hours—an easy way to make a difference! Tell us what sparks your interest and which date(s) work for you, and our Volunteer Coordinator, Annie, will connect with you to craft your perfect role and schedule.

As our thank you for 4 hours of volunteering, you’ll receive:
• Free admission to the festival on your volunteer day
• A $5 voucher for Sam’s Deli
• Our undying love, gratitude, and eternal admiration

Friday

• 7:00-9:00pm - set up

Saturday

• 8:00-11:00am - set-up crew

• 8:45am - doors open for vendors, teachers and workshop participants

• 11:00am - doors open for shopping and general public

• 12:00pm - performances start

• 7:00pm - performances end; doors close

Sunday

• 8:45am - doors open for vendors, teachers and workshop participants

• 11:00 - doors open for shopping and general public

• 12:00 - performances start

• 6:00-8:00pm - performances end; event cleanup and deconstruction
